A couple weekend meetings later...3 contractors have signed on to the new conditions set by Rotary Kakamega to complete the first, most badly, needed protected springs in Indoanglasia- a community about 1 hour from Kakamega. They will start Jan 16th.
Its Monday morning, we are heading to Indanglasia via matatu this morning to let community know the start to date and to prepare the hardcore (>4" rock) and sand.
